Crystal D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Crystal is currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Alamo Architects, where they focus on branding, marketing, and growing business clients. Prior to this, Crystal was the Principal Owner of CrystalClear Community Consulting, providing technical assistance and program implementation services for organizations in the community and economic development sector. Crystal also held the position of Director of Business Development at SBS Construction, a general contracting company, and worked as the New Business Development Manager at Turner Construction Company. Additionally, Crystal was involved in community economic development as a Director at the South SA Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Special Events and Development Committee at the Louise H. Batz Patient Safety Foundation. Crystal has also gained experience in development and procurement roles at various organizations, including the Rise Recovery and Autism Treatment Center of Texas. Overall, Crystal has demonstrated a strong dedication to business development, community development, and program implementation throughout their career.
Crystal D. completed their education at The University of Texas at San Antonio. From 2005 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor of Liberal and Fine Arts degree with a concentration in American Studies, focusing on Public Policy. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Non-Profit Management and Leadership during this time. Crystal went on to pursue a Master of Science in Urban, Regional Planning (MSURP) with a field of study in Public Policy Analysis. Crystal completed this degree in 2016. In February 2016, Crystal also obtained the Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) certification from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
