Chryssa Delgado

Chryssa Delgado, Ph.D., currently serves as the Managing Director of Programs at UP Partnership, focusing on increasing the college-going rate in Bexar County. Concurrently, Chryssa holds the position of Director of Student Support for AlamoPROMISE at Alamo Colleges District, overseeing the development and execution of support services for PROMISE students. Previously, at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, Chryssa contributed as an Advancement Officer, Interim Director of Marketing and Communications, and Director of Admissions, where significant achievements included expanding the admissions staff and creating a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Earlier roles include Academic Advisor and Lecturer at The University of Texas at San Antonio and various positions at St. Mary's University and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Chryssa earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
