Kristen Wheaton

Kristen Wheaton serves as the Vice President of Guest Experience at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, a role held since July 2014, having previously advanced through positions as Director of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Operations within the BACH Franchise in San Antonio. Prior to joining Alamo Drafthouse, Kristen spent over six years at Movie Tavern Partners, LLC, as Director of Sales, achieving a 40% annual sales increase for two consecutive years while marketing corporate and personal events across over 40 theaters. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Special Events at METRO GRILL, where event planning and execution were emphasized, and Director of Special Events and Operations for multiple venues under Gypsy Tea Room, Green Room, and Jeroboam, focusing on high-end event management. Early career experience includes organizing auctions at Rosen Systems, Inc. Kristen holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas.
