Linda Muñoz

HR Director Employee Relations Diversity at Alamo Group

Linda Muñoz has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1998 at Mrs Baird's Bakery as a Human Resources Generalist. Linda then moved to Providian Financial as a Staffing Specialist before joining the San Antonio River Authority in 2001 as a Human Resources Manager. At the River Authority, they led employee-oriented human resources practices, including talent management, performance management, policy development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and employee safety. In 2015, Linda joined Alamo Group Inc. as a Corporate Human Resources Manager and later took on roles as Director of HR Administration and HR Director, specializing in employee relations and diversity.

Linda Muñoz earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Linda attended the university from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in April 2015. In October 2022, they obtained the National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP) certification from the National Diversity Council.
