Richard H. Raborn

Richard H. Raborn is the EVP and Manager of Agricultural Division at Alamo Group. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Alamo Group, they served as the VP and GM of a $300+ million global division within the Automotive segment at ITW. Richard also served as the President of Sexton Can (ITW Sexton) from 1996 to 2006 and as Sales at Van Leer Containers from 1991 to 1996.

Richard H. Raborn received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. Richard then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.

They work with Janet S. Pollock - VP, Human Resources, Edward T. Rizzuti - EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, and Dan E. Malone - EVP & Chief Sustainability Officer. Their manager is Jeffery A. Leonard, CEO & President.
