Rachel Nelson

Rachel Nelson is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Alamo Hospice since January 2022, Rachel previously held a similar role at UnitedHealth Group from January 2023 to December 2023. Prior to these positions, Rachel was the Director of Social Services at Morningside Ministries Senior Living Communities and a Registered Nurse at Baptist Health System.
