John Vien

John Vien is an experienced production and plant manager currently serving as the Production Manager at Alamo Structural Steel LLC since May 2023, while also holding the position of Plant Manager at Henderson Fabrication since April 2019. With a strong background in project management from roles such as Project Manager at S&S Welding Inc and QC Manager at Dixie Southern Industrial, Inc., John has adeptly overseen various aspects of structural steel fabrication and inspection processes. Additional expertise includes quality assurance as a QA/QA Representative at Kinetics and comprehensive estimating skills developed during tenures as an Estimator/CWI at DCR Fabrication Inc and Chief Estimator/CWI at Custom Welding and Fabrication. John began a career in the industry as a Shop Foreman at ACL Industries following earlier positions in fabrication and welding, complemented by multiple relevant certifications and training in welding and design software.
