Nathaniel Warren

Nathaniel Warren is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate and Projects Counsel at Alamos Gold Inc. since November 2025. Previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Cargojet, where responsibilities included corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and advising senior leadership. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Thomas, Efraim LLP, providing legal advice to small businesses and start-ups, and as a Legal Consultant at KLDiscovery, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Nathaniel also contributed to the National Canadian Lawyers' Initiative as an In-take Coordinator, providing legal assistance to those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Early in the career, Nathaniel gained experience through externships and caseworker positions at the City of Toronto, Pro Bono Ontario, and ALAS Ontario. Nathaniel holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
