Rodel Pabico

Rodel Pabico is an accomplished IT security and solutions professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and IT management. Currently serving as the IT Security & Solutions Manager at Alamos Gold Inc. since September 2016, Rodel collaborates with cybersecurity partners to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture and aligns security policies with the NIST-CSF framework. Prior roles include significant positions at the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, where Rodel advanced the IT department's capabilities and strategically directed critical IT projects. Rodel's career began as an eCommerce Client Supervisor/Developer, progressing through various IT roles, which established a strong foundation in systems analysis and design, complemented by an MSc in Computer Network Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
