Marcel Jientara has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Marcel is currently the CEO and Founder of Alana AI, where they are responsible for designing artificial intelligence. Prior to this, Marcel co-founded B.universe and was the Chief Marketing Officer of Easyaula. Marcel also worked as the Social Expert and Head of Social at PONG Dynasty and as the Planning Manager and Head of Digital at Dia Comunicação. Marcel was also the Head of Planning and Co-Founder of Lemon Digital and held positions such as Senior Planner at NBSETE and OgilvyOne. Marcel served as the Head of Digital and Planning Manager at SimGroup and as the Head of Planning for Digital at Simple Brasil. Marcel has expertise in digital marketing and strategy, with experience working for major brands like Coca-Cola, Bank Bradesco, Cielo, and Telefonica.

Marcel Jientara's education history is as follows:

From 2008 to 2012, Marcel attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

In 2009, Marcel also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi SP.

Marcel furthered their education by completing several specializations and short courses in various fields. In 2010, they attended APG UK - The Home for Planners & Strategists where they studied strategic planning of communication.

In 2012 and 2013, Marcel participated in the PIPA startup program, focusing on health, education, employment, and sustainability. Marcel also attended Perestroika - Creative School and completed a program called The MISSA, which centered around contemporary communication.

In 2013, Marcel completed a program in Creative Entrepreneurship at Perestroika - Creative School, emphasizing startup and digital innovation.

In 2014, they pursued a specialization in Media Creative at MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL. Marcel also attended Escola São Paulo - Creative Economy to study "Translators of Disruption" in the field of study called FLAG.CX.

In 2016, Marcel enrolled at UC San Diego and specialized in Interaction Design until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Marcel completed a Nanodegree in Programming Foundation at Udacity, along with a specialization in Strategic Management and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. Marcel also pursued a specialization in Futurism called "Friends of Tomorrow" at Perestroika.

In 2017, Marcel took two short courses at Udemy Academy: "The Complete Product Management Course" and "Marketing Exponencial & Growth Hacking" to further enhance their knowledge in product management and marketing.

In 2019, Marcel pursued a specialization in "Designing the Future of Work" at UNSW.

Finally, in 2020 and 2021, Marcel attended FIAP for their Master of Business Administration (MBA), focusing on Solution Architecture and Technology.
