Sahil Prasad

Sahil Prasad currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs at ALAND since February 2024. Prior to this, Sahil held the position of National Policy Director (contract) at the Property Council of Australia from August 2023 to January 2024. Experience includes directing public affairs at GRACosway Pty Ltd and leading policy and advocacy at Retail Drinks Australia. Sahil was also the Deputy Director at the Shopping Center Council of Australia and fulfilled various roles within the New South Wales Government from 2014 to 2020, focusing on ministerial portfolios such as fair trading, policy, and environment. Additional roles include Policy Officer for Mining and Coal Seam Gas at Cotton Australia Pty Ltd and Outreach Solicitor at the Environmental Defenders Office. Sahil's educational background encompasses a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master of Arts in Development Studies from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy from UNSW.
