Mathias Brunnsberg

Mathias Brunnsberg has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Director of Commercial Marine and Deputy CEO at Alandia Försäkring since April 2009. Prior roles at Alandia include Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer, showcasing a strong background in finance and risk management. Mathias began their career as a mathematician and internal auditor, reflecting a solid foundation in quantitative analysis. Prior to Alandia, Mathias worked as a hayworker for the Government of Åland's Bureau of Environmental Care during a summer job in 2004. Academically, Mathias holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Åbo Akademi University and is a qualified actuary through the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
