Maud Johans has a strong background in HR management, having worked in various roles such as Acting HR Manager and Office Manager. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Customer Service & Market Support at Ålandsbanken Abp. Prior to this, she was involved in sales at Posten på Åland. Maud also has experience as a Management Assistant, Personal Assistant, Purchaser, and Export secretary in different companies. She completed her education at Sekreterarskolan and Lovisa Gymnasium.
