Naveena Agarwal

Agarwal has been involved in human resources management since graduating with a BA in 2018. After completing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services in 2022, Agarwal has held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Manager before stepping into the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Alankit in July 2023. Agarwal's responsibilities in these roles have included leading and managing teams, overseeing recruitment processes, talent management, employee engagement, and performance evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
