David Waldstein

David Waldstein is the Managing Director at Alantra since September 2016, bringing extensive experience in finance and advisory roles. Prior to this position, David served as Vice President at C.W. Downer & Co. from June 2010 to September 2016 and as a Finance Associate at SES Advisors from January 2008 to May 2010, where responsibilities included modeling and structuring ESOP buyouts. Earlier experience includes working as an Officer in The PrivateEdge Group at State Street Corp. and as a Consultant at ASSA ABLOY, where contributions involved developing market strategies and enhancing performance benchmarks. David holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Union College.
