Jeff Robards

Jeff Robards is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Consumer Foods at Alantra since March 2005, Jeff leads a team that provides advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, equity raising, and debt financing within the food and beverage sector. Prior to joining Alantra, Jeff held the position of Director in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young from November 1992 to February 2005, where expertise was focused on M&A, leveraged buyouts, and restructuring activities, working in both New York City and Amsterdam. Jeff began a finance career as an Analyst at Bankers Trust and then as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance at Barclays. Educationally, Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and History from Emory University.
