Nisheeta Shah serves as the Director of Coaching and Organisational Development at Alantra since April 2020, bringing extensive experience in executive coaching and talent management from previous roles at KPMG UK, where responsibilities included Senior Executive Coach, Advisory Executive Coach, and Learning & Development Manager. Nisheeta's coaching philosophy centers on helping clients, particularly Partners and Directors, maximise their potential and re-evaluate their perspectives within their professional environments. Prior experience at Deloitte as an Auditor further complements a solid educational foundation comprising a BSc in Management Science from the University of Warwick and a Senior Practitioner degree in Executive Coaching from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
