Yaman Shawaf

Yaman Shawaf is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in journalism and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the Syria Government Communications Office since August 2025, Yaman has also held significant roles such as Senior News Producer at Al Ghad TV since January 2021 and Senior Reporter at Alaraby TV Network since February 2020. Prior positions include General Director at SMProduction since January 2018, Senior Producer at Tower Media Middle East Al Aan TV, and a variety of production roles at other prominent networks such as Alsharqiya TV and Al Dawliya TV. Yaman holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Damascus University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
