Thomas Casale

Thomas Casale serves as the Managing Director at Alaris mWAVE since January 2024, focusing on the development of innovative RF and Microwave Antennas and engineered solutions for global commercial and aerospace defense applications. Prior to this role, Thomas held leadership positions at TRM Microwave & Corry Micronics as Vice President/General Manager, at CAES as Senior Vice President/General Manager, and at L3 Communications Essco as Division President. Additional experience includes tenure as VP General Manager at Crane Aerospace & Electronics and as VP Engineering/Operations/GM at Signal Technology. Thomas began a career in engineering at Varian Associates, ultimately leading to the role of Director of Engineering. Educational credentials include an MS in Management from Lesley University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
