Alpaslan Serpen

Alpaslan Serpen has extensive experience in strategy and business development, currently serving as the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer at Alarko Holding since July 2005. Prior roles at Alarko include Investment Planning Director, Investment Planning Manager, and Feasibility Specialist. Previously, Alpaslan worked as a Business Development Specialist at Ciner Group from November 2002 to June 2005 and as a Dealer in the Treasury & Fund Management Department at Pamukbank from September 1999 to March 2001. Alpaslan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Minor in Finance from Middle East Technical University, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1999. Early education was completed at Eskişehir Anadolu Lisesi from 1988 to 1995.
