Andrew Khayyat

Andrew Khayyat has a strong background in quality engineering and information technology. Andrew currently works at Alarm.com as a Team Lead - Quality Engineering, starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Quality Engineer at the same company from February 2022 to May 2023. Andrew also served as a Quality Engineer II from April 2021 to February 2022, and as a Quality Engineer from June 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Alarm.com, Andrew worked at Pact as an Information Technology Analyst from June 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they focused on quality analysis for the MyWORTH Android application, promoting financial inclusion and entrepreneurship among women in developing nations. Andrew conducted end-to-end QA testing and provided technical feedback to the software engineering team.

Andrew also gained experience as an Information Technology Intern at both Pact and Akira Technologies, Inc in 2017.

Andrew Khayyat holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering, which they obtained from The George Washington University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they attended the United Nations International School where they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma. In addition to their degrees, Andrew has obtained the ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2023.
