Dave Goldfarb

Director Of Engineering, Firmware at Alarm.com

Dave Goldfarb, MBA has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Dave started their career at NASA Ames Research Center as a Systems Engineering Intern in 2004. Later, they joined Lockheed Martin as an Associate Member Engineering Staff, where they wrote, evaluated and tested system requirements for Navy simulators. In 2006, they joined Alarm.com, where they held various device engineering positions, including Device Engineer, Senior Device Engineer, Lead Device Engineer, and Principal Device Engineer. In their most recent role, as Director of Engineering, Firmware at Alarm.com, they are responsible for leading a team that designs and maintains firmware for all Alarm.com hardware.

Dave Goldfarb earned their MBA in Business from The George Washington University School of Business from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University from 2000 to 2004. Dave completed their high school education at Council Rock High School from 1996 to 2000.
