Juan C.

Juan C. has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Juan started their career at SF Technologies in 2005, where they served as the Director of Technology Services. During this time, they consulted with clients, prepared estimates, and provided system design and documentation.

In 2007, Juan joined Media Design Associates as a Project Manager. Here, they met with customers to determine audiovisual, networking, lighting, and security system needs. Juan also programmed various systems, ensuring work was completed on time and within budget.

In 2014, Juan transitioned to Alarm.com, where they took on various roles. Juan started as a Global Sales Engineer, managing technical sales relationships and providing product support to business partners. Juan then progressed to become a Senior Account Executive for LATAM and a Strategic Account Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Global Business Development, responsible for driving international dealer sales. As of 2022, they hold the position of Vice President - International Dealer Sales at Alarm.com.

Juan C. holds a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, obtained in 2009. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, completing their degree in 2005. Juan also obtained a certification in "Managing the Company of the Future" from Coursera at an unspecified time in 2021.
