Kwame Nkrumah

Kwame Nkrumah began their work experience in 1999 as a Media Specialist and Office Administrator at the School of Administration at the University of Ghana. In 2002, they transitioned to a Customer Service Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, and Cashier role at Cumberland Farms. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Bank Teller at PNC and then moved on to various positions at different companies, including Office Administrative Assistant at NACAC, Business Operations at Freddie Mac, Front Desk Coordinator at Capitol Concierge Inc., and Accts. Receivable/Collections Specialist at Daubers, Inc. Since 2018, they have been with Alarm.com, first as a Billing and Collections Specialist and later as the Billing and Collections Team Lead.

Kwame Nkrumah attended Fitchburg State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Kwame also obtained a certification in PNC Bank Business Code & Ethics from PNC.
