Head of Customer Success at Alasco

Lisa Zitzmann has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lisa is currently working at Alasco as the Head of Customer Success, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Alasco from March 2020 to November 2021.

Lisa's career began with a role as a Scientific Tutor at the University of Bayreuth from May 2010 to August 2010.

Lisa Zitzmann has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they were a visiting student in Business Administration at the Universidad de Guadalajara from 2012 to 2013. Lisa completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Bayreuth from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they were a visiting student at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from 2010 to 2011.

Lisa Zitzmann has also obtained certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation 2017 and PRINCE2 Practitioner 2017 from PeopleCert in November 2018.
