Sebastian Mark

Sebastian Mark has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2009 at E.ON Digital Technology, they worked as a Digital Consultant, providing technical consultation to customers, managing the operational aspects of the sales platform, and developing standardized processes for documentation, release management, and quality assurance.

In 2013, Sebastian joined zeros+ones (now diva-e Digital Value Excellence) as a Technical Project Manager. In this role, they managed digital projects and provided technical consultation to clients.

Moving on to Bayerischer Rundfunk in 2015, Sebastian took on the position of Full Stack Engineer before transitioning to Project Manager Innovation & Online. In this role, they supported the digital transformation of PULS, provided technical and management consulting for new digital products, and managed projects. Sebastian also conceptualized and developed a dashboard to display analytics from major social media platforms.

Sebastian's next role was as a Software Engineer at Alasco, starting in September 2019. Sebastian then progressed to Engineering Manager, where they acted as the technical counterpart for Product Management and helped build and scale a highly-skilled engineering team through hiring and interview processes.

Most recently, Sebastian became the Engineering Lead at Alasco in September 2022, where they continue to contribute their expertise in engineering leadership and team development.

Sebastian Mark completed their Bachelor Professional in Media degree at Macromedia from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended E.ON Digital Technology from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in System Integration as an IT Specialist. Additionally, Sebastian Mark holds a certification as a Certified Instructor from IHK.
