Chris Skidmore

Chris Skidmore has a diverse work experience. Chris started their career as an Apprentice Machinist at Skidmore Machine Tool Co. in 2008 and worked there until 2012. In 2009, they also worked as a Contract Installation Specialist at Alasconnect, where they installed wireless internet equipment and provided troubleshooting support. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Wash Bay Attendant at Sumitomo Metal Mining Pogo. Chris then joined the University of Alaska in 2013 as an OWL Video Support Specialist, where they provided technical support for video conferencing services. In 2019, they transitioned to AlasConnect as a Client Services Specialist.
