Thob Al-Aseel Company was established as a limited liability company in the city of Riyadh in 1989 with a capital of 2 million Saudi riyals, and it was registered in the commercial register under the number (1010071301) dated 071409/15/ AH In the year 2016 it was transformed into a closed joint stock company with a capital of 50 million riyals, and in 2017 the extraordinary general assembly was approved to increase the company's capital to 150 million Saudi riyals and to offer 20% of its shares in the parallel market (Nomu). On July 4, 2018, during the extraordinary general assembly on July 4, 2018, the Board of Directors' recommendation was approved to increase the company's capital from 150 million Saudi riyals to 300 million Saudi riyals.
