Brittany Audette

Brittany Audette serves as the Managing Director of Crew Staffing, Planning & Resources at Alaska Airlines since January 2021, after previously holding the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis within the same company. Audette leads a finance team, supporting executive leadership in budget strategy, forecasting, and financial reporting. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Horizon Air, where Audette focused on budgeting and financial analysis for various operational divisions, and earned the Take Off Award for work on crew hotel management. Earlier roles at Alaska Airlines encompassed multiple financial planning positions, including supporting extensive budget processes and participating in negotiations with labor unions.
