Carmen Knox

Carmen Knox is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Alaska Airlines since May 2014, Carmen previously held the role of Senior Recruiter at the same company. Before joining Alaska Airlines, Carmen worked as a Corporate Recruiter at LaSalle Network from July 2010 to May 2014 and served as a Contract Business Systems Analyst at Microsoft Corporation from May 2009 to May 2010. Additionally, Carmen gained experience as a Medical Recruiter at MedTemps/NuWest Group from May 2006 to March 2009 and completed an internship in People Systems Project Management at Intel Corporation in early 2005. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2006.
