Colleen Cooke

Colleen Cooke is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in change management and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a part-time Executive Director at The Sigourney Award since February 2018, Colleen leads strategic planning and operational transformation for the nonprofit, including a comprehensive rebranding initiative. Additionally, as a Senior Management Consultant at Unify Consulting since September 2017, Colleen has worked with high-profile clients including Amazon, Microsoft, and Starbucks, delivering people-focused solutions. Previous roles at Amazon and other organizations involved establishing global change management processes, developing data-focused strategies, and enhancing organizational culture. Colleen holds a BA, cum laude, in English Literature from Loyola University Chicago.
