Darin Chung

Airline Pilot at Alaska Air Group

Darin Chung is a seasoned aviation professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in both civil and military aviation. Currently, Darin serves as Co-Founder of the Afghan American Development Group, focused on supporting former Afghan Air Force and Special Mission Wing personnel in transitioning to life in America. In addition, Darin is an Airline Pilot with Alaska Airlines and holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with over 5,000 hours of total flight experience, including 1,181 hours on the F/A-18 Hornet. Previous positions include founding and advising roles at ADACEN, a data security and disaster recovery company, and leading a nonprofit aimed at organ transport. Darin has held key operational roles in the U.S. Marine Corps, including aviation operations planning, contributing expertise to large-scale military exercises. Darin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
