Jialu Zhu

Jialu Zhu is a Senior Software Engineer at Alaska Airlines since November 2022, with extensive experience in software development roles at Conservice The Utility Experts® from January 2013 to November 2022. Responsibilities included developing Utility Processing Automation tools, automating bill retrieval, and exploring new technologies. Jialu Zhu's notable projects include the development of OCR for utility bills, the Jedi application for utility bill downloads, and the Anakin application for processing PDF e-bills, all significantly reducing manual processing time. Additionally, Jialu Zhu served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and completed a software internship at Assured Quality, Inc. Education includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Utah State University, and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Utah State University and Northeast Dianli University, respectively.
