Kelly Welch

Kelly Welch currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel for Labor & Employment at Alaska Airlines, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Kelly worked as Deputy City Attorney in Employment Litigation for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office from October 2018 to July 2021 and served as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from October 2012 to September 2018. Earlier experiences include roles as a Summer Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a Summer Law Clerk at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Kelly began a career at ICF International as an Analyst in Human Capital Solutions from July 2007 to July 2009. Kelly holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. Areas of expertise encompass general commercial litigation, labor and employment, class actions, trade secrets, unfair competition law, and False Claims Act matters.
