Kristen Ryan

Kristen Ryan is an experienced senior talent acquisition partner currently at Alaska Airlines since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen served as a senior global recruiter at PATH from August 2017 to August 2021, contributing to health equity initiatives by collaborating with various sectors to address global health challenges. Kristen also held the position of global recruiter at Waldron from 2013 to 2016, where expertise in executive search and leadership development was applied. Earlier career experience includes serving as a senior associate in executive search at PATH from 2009 to 2013 and as a donor relations assistant. Kristen is an alumnus of the University of Washington.
