McKenzie Polsak is a dedicated professional with a robust background in management and mental health counseling. Currently serving as a Clinical Associate II at Alaska Behavioral Health since August 2022, McKenzie has prior experience as a Store Manager at Starbucks, where management skills were honed at one of Oahu's largest café locations. McKenzie also held the position of Executive Team Lead at Target, overseeing a sizable team and ensuring the achievement of financial goals and guest satisfaction metrics. Additional experience includes a Community Engagement Intern role at First 5 Fundamentals of Pierce County, focusing on inventory systems and project management for early learning programs. McKenzie is pursuing a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Washington State University.
