Diane Crustolo

Diane Crustolo serves as the Food and Beverage Manager at Pursuit Collection since November 2022, having previously held the position of Food and Beverage Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager at Prince of Wales Hotel from June 2017 to September 2022. Diane's extensive background includes a role as Food and Beverage Manager at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, a Sommelier and Assistant Manager at Vin Room, and various positions at Deerhurst Resort, where Diane earned a Certificate of Excellence and participated in the Muskoka 2010 G8 Summit. Additional experience includes an Account Executive position at Vendemmia International Wines Inc., and Food and Beverage Manager at Delta Sherwood Inn. From 1997 to 2008, Diane worked at Francis Winspear Centre for Music, significantly contributing to event management and food and beverage operations. Diane's educational credentials include a Sommelier Diploma from the International Sommelier Guild and studies in Computer Graphic Design from Cariboo College.
