Karen Cardwell

Karen Cardwell has a strong background in revenue maximization and management. Karen is currently serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Maximization at Pursuit Collection since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Vail Resorts, including Senior Director of Revenue Optimization and Director of Revenue Management. Karen also has experience working at Rockresorts as a Regional Senior Revenue Manager, where they managed multiple coastal properties and had a total budget of over $31 million in rooms and marina revenue. Additionally, they worked at Vail Resorts/RockResorts as a Corporate Senior Revenue Manager, where they were responsible for training new Revenue Managers and overseeing properties in Aspen, St Lucia, and Keystone. Before that, they worked as an Inventory Manager at Keystone Resort, where they implemented revenue strategies and rates for several properties. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated efficiency in report writing, data extraction, and spreadsheet building.

Karen Cardwell obtained a Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Providence College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance and Accounting.
