Kayla Hartley

Kayla Hartley has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily with Pursuit Collection. Kayla began their career with the company in 2008 as a Reservations Supervisor and later became an Assistant Travel Team Manager in 2012. In 2015, Kayla transitioned to the role of Reservation Manager and held this position until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Sales Manager and then as a Senior Sales Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Pursuit Collection. Kayla has displayed their expertise in sales and has developed a strong background in management throughout their career.

Kayla Hartley completed their high school education at Whitefish High School from 1998 to 2002. Subsequently, they attended the University of Montana from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Political Science and Government. Kayla obtained additional certification in "How to Proactively Manage Conflict as an Employee" from LinkedIn in August 2023.
