Samuel Auck

Samuel Auck has a vast and impressive work experience in finance and performance management. Samuel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pursuit Collection and has been in this role since September 2022. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Pursuit Collection from June 2017 to August 2022. Before joining Pursuit Collection, they held senior positions at Vail Resorts, including Senior Director of Corporate Finance from October 2016 to June 2017 and Director of Finance from December 2012 to October 2016. Samuel also has experience in project management and program direction, having worked at Slalom from July 2007 to October 2013. Samuel was a project manager and program director, specializing in technology and consulting for mobile and telecommunications, after-market automotive parts and service industries. Additionally, Samuel worked at The Hackett Group as an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation lead from August 2011 to November 2012. Samuel focused on strategic initiatives related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and investment evaluation across industries such as banking, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and healthcare. Earlier in their career, Samuel was a Manager of Finance and Performance Management at Accenture. Samuel worked there from February 2005 to October 2007, running day-to-day projects and programs related to financial and enterprise performance management. Their work at Accenture focused on hospitality and travel, consumer products, and energy industries, including go-to-market offerings, client sales efforts, knowledge management, and university recruiting.

Samuel Auck completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University from 1995 to 1999. Samuel then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2002 to 2004.

Additionally, Samuel Auck obtained the certification of Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2009.
