Eric Moeser

Eric Moeser has extensive work experience in operations and leadership roles. Eric is currently the Vice President of Operations at Alaska Communications since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Nike as the Business Operations Enablement Leader in the Global Technology Operations division from 2022 to 2023. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Manager of Global Shared Service Operations Excellence at Nike. Eric also has experience as the Director of Customer Support & Sales Operations at Alaska Communications from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Customer Operations & Service at Fluid Market Strategies in 2012 and held various Strategy & Business Management Consulting roles at different companies from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Eric worked at Nautilus as the Director of Direct Sales Operations and Director of Call Center Operations from 2004 to 2006, and as the Call Center Manager and Assistant Call Center Manager from 1997 to 2004.

Eric Moeser attended David Douglas High School and obtained a High School Diploma. Eric then enrolled in the US NAVY and completed a 2-year program in Aviation Electronics Technician. In addition to their formal education, Eric Moeser has also obtained certifications in Prosci ADKAR Change Management from Prosci and SAFe Agile for Teams from Scaled Agile, Inc.
