Yaside Motley has worked as a Service Desk Technician at Alaska Communications from September 2019 to November 2021. Yaside then transitioned to the role of Network Engineer at the same company in October 2021. Prior to their job at Alaska Communications, Yaside worked as an IT Technician/Desk Monitor at New Life Development Inc from October 2017 to November 2021.

Yaside Motley attended Integrity AK College of Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. They obtained various certifications throughout their education and career, including Autodesk AutoCAD Certified User from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in February 2022, MD-100 Windows 10 and MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops from Microsoft in May 2020, ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2020, and Excel and Visio: Generating Diagrams Automatically from LinkedIn in May 2019. They also became MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Certified in 2019 and achieved several other certifications in areas such as networking fundamentals, security fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist Access 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications related to modern desktop administration, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate in May 2020. Yaside also holds a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification obtained in May 2018.
