Michael Spencer

Michael Spencer has over two decades of experience in various roles related to energy management and education. Currently serving as an Energy Manager at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation since 2011, Michael previously held the position of Energy Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Energy Rater and Inspector at 5 Star Inspections and gained extensive experience in residential construction as a Home Builder, General Contractor, and Project Manager at Kay Enterprises, LLC. Earlier in career, Michael was a Secondary Teacher focusing on English and History in both the Anchorage and Mat-su Borough School Districts from 1999 to 2003.
