Aaron Vanderpool

Aaron Vanderpool has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Aaron started their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Specialist in Training and went on to fulfill various roles within the US Army, such as Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Supervisor, and Senior Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they ensured compliance with Department of the Army standards and supported personnel requirements. Additionally, they served as a Career Counselor, providing organizational career counseling to military professionals and maximizing retention of professionals with critical skill sets. In 2023, they joined Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) as a Recruiter II.

Aaron Vanderpool completed an Associate's degree in General Studies from American Military University in 2010. Aaron is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing & English from Southern New Hampshire University, which is expected to be completed in 2023. In addition, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn in February 2023.
