Ashley Kelly, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles. Ashley currently works at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) where they have held multiple positions. Ashley started in April 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner and later became a Compensation Analyst in December 2021. Since February 2023, they have been serving as the Compensation Manager at ANTHC.

Ashley Kelly, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Wayland Baptist University, graduating in 2016. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Liberty University, expected to be completed in 2024.
