Mark Moi is an experienced IT professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Mark Moi MBA, BSc. Info. Sys., MCSA, MCP. DP. has a strong background in information security and has served as an Information Technology Security Specialist II at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), where they design and develops security education and training programs. Mark has also conducted internal audits and phishing campaigns to assess the impact of training on the workforce.

Prior to their role at ANTHC, Mark worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Network Design Systems LLC, where they were responsible for installing computer hardware, configuring network devices, and managing cabling installations for small to medium-sized businesses. Mark Moi MBA, BSc. Info. Sys., MCSA, MCP. DP. also provided desktop support and equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal workstation performance.

Earlier in their career, Mark held managerial positions in the IT departments of National Power Authority and Access Bank (SL) Limited. Mark began their career as a Logistics Officer at the Women's Help Line Project and Patdons Company Limited, where they supervised procurement and stores operations, managed stock inventory, and ensured compliance with logistics policies and procedures.

Mark Moi has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. In 1995 to 1998, they attended Government Model Secondary School, where they obtained a General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level with a focus on Commercial subjects. After that, from 1999 to 2014, Mark studied at the Institute of Public Administration and Management - University of Sierra Leone and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Information and Communication Technology, specializing in Information Technology and Business Management. Simultaneously, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management at the Institute of Commercial Management- United Kingdom (ICM-UK).

Mark further expanded their education in 2002 to 2003, undertaking a Diploma in Data Processing at the Institute of Public Administration and Management - University of Sierra Leone. In 2005, they attended QuatumNET Company Limited, where they achieved A+ (Hardware) PC Technician certification.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Mark pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Sierra Leone, Fourah Bay College, from 2012 to 2014.

Apart from their degrees and diploma, Mark has also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and in 2016, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012 certification. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certificate. In 2023, they further enhanced their credentials by acquiring several certifications such as CompTIA PenTest+, Protection Server Level 2, Proofpoint Protection Server Administration - Level 1, and various others related to Proofpoint's security programs.
