Doreen Jack

Doreen Jack has several years of experience in human resources and program management. Doreen is currently working at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) as a Human Resources Operations Manager since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UIC Commercial Services as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from November 2020 to January 2022.

In 2019, Doreen held the position of Human Resources Project Manager at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where they managed and maintained the enterprise-wide mentorship program, employment reports, and the intern program.

From 2015 to 2019, Doreen worked at ASRC Energy Services, LLC, serving as a Human Resources Project Manager. In this role, they represented the company as the HR subject matter expert in the implementation of the Oracle Cloud system, managed the onboarding system transition, and improved the orientation process. Doreen also briefly served as the Director of Shareholder Programs, advising leadership and facilitating employment and development programs.

Doreen's earlier experience includes working as an Alaska Content Manager at Point Thomson Project - Fluor from 2012 to 2015, where they executed the Alaskan Content Plan Program and ensured compliance with commitments toward Alaskan hire. Doreen also worked at ASRC Energy Services as the Director of Human Resources and Shareholder Programs from 2005 to 2012, leading a team in managing HR, payroll, and shareholder programs.
