Nirvana R.

Nirvana R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Independant Investment Advisor of Woodbury Financial Services in 2007. From there, they worked as an Office Associate at Municipality of Anchorage, followed by a promotion to Professional Administrative Generalist. In 2012, they joined CompuCom as a Training Specialist for two years before transitioning to Tsiskw Hit Knowledge, where they became a Business Owner in 2017. Their most recent role was at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), where they held various positions including Trainer, Senior Trainer, Training & Development Manager, and currently Senior Manager Talent Development.

Nirvana R. holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Strategic & Organizational Communication, from Gonzaga University. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to that, Nirvana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Business Communication from Southern New Hampshire University. They also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Eastern Gateway Community College.
