Eric Bork has extensive experience in audio production, technical support, and customer service. Currently serving as a Student Guide and Contract Audio Producer at Alaska Public Media since December 2015, Eric manages operations and produces content for various platforms. Previous roles include Audio Media Content Producer, FM Operations Manager, and Equipment Repair Specialist within educational institutions, where Eric provided maintenance for hardware and software, while also enhancing community engagement through digital content. Additional experience includes customer-focused roles in retail technology and tour operations, showcasing a strong skill set in troubleshooting, equipment repair, and audience engagement. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio Communications from Northern Michigan University.
