Johanna Kinney has been the Executive Assistant at Alaska SeaLife Center since October 2017. Prior to their current role, Johanna worked at the City of Seward from December 2004 to October 2017, holding the titles of City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Johanna also attended Montana State University-Bozeman, focusing on Mathematics and History.

Alaska SeaLife Center
The Alaska SeaLife Center generates and shares scientific knowledge to promote understanding and stewardship of Alaska's marine ecosystems. While primarily dedicated to marine research, the Center is the only permanent facility permitted to rescue and rehabilitate marine mammals and birds, and is the only public aquarium in the state of Alaska. The Alaska SeaLife Center is located on the shores of Resurrection Bay in beautiful Seward, Alaska. The facility is open year-round.
